DescriptionThe whole story▼
A CRF150F often stays in a family for years. Honda's little trail bike, an air-cooled single with a four-stroke engine, is bought for the oldest child, handed down when that child outgrows it, and sometimes borrowed by a smaller parent in between. Each new rider adds a few tip-overs, and by the time the bike reaches its third rider in the same family, the front brake lever has usually been bent at least once. For the CRF150F of 2003 to 2017, Accossato lists the AGD275, a silver replacement brake lever in the original form.

Construction and Material Quality
A family trail bike needs spares that are easy to find and that do not change how it feels to the next child who rides it. The AGD275 is a lever of the original type, shaped after the one Honda fitted, and Accossato designed it to deliver good value for money. The company also says its production method makes these levers more resistant after damage or a fall. It is silver. No material or measurements are given for it, and we do not add any.
Passing It Down to the Next Rider
Before a CRF150F moves on to a younger brother or sister, it deserves an afternoon in the garage. Check the chain and sprockets, the air filter and the tyres, then go through the controls with the new rider in mind. The front brake lever matters more than it seems. A young rider with small hands needs a lever that sits where it should and moves freely, not one that has been pushed inwards by the last few tip-overs and straightened with pliers. Replace a bent lever rather than correcting it. With the new lever on and the pivot cleaned and lightly greased, make sure it works the master cylinder piston cleanly and springs back fully when released. Then let the new rider sit on the bike, reach for the lever with the bars straight and turned, and practise gentle squeezes at walking pace in a safe open space. A calm first session with a brake that behaves predictably does more for a young rider's confidence than any amount of advice.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato names three replacement brake levers for the CRF150F, all silver and all for 2003 to 2017: the AGD275, the AGD278 and the AGD93. The year does not separate them, so the shape has to. Compare the outline of the lever on your bike, especially the curve of the blade and the area around the pivot, with the product photos before ordering. The AGD275 is also listed with us for the CRF150R. For the clutch, the original-type spare is the AGS196, while Accossato's CNC levers B8206 and C7103 are there for anyone who prefers a tuning part.
Road Approval
We have no test or approval documents for the AGD275, neither a German ABE nor a test mark. It is listed for racing and competition use, and a CRF150F is an off-road machine in any case.
