The underseat conversion, redrawn for the 2025 Speed Triple. Spark rebuilt this kit when Triumph revised the motorcycle's tail — same idea, same red anodised caps, different part number, and it will not fit the earlier bike.
Key Features
- Racing underseat twin kit for the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS and RR, 2025 to 2026 only.
- Two Dyno silencers with red anodised, CNC-milled end caps.
- The original catalytic converter remains fitted.
- No ECU remapping required.
- Must be used with the dB killer installed.
- Spark quotes 4.1 kg for this kit against a 7.4 kg standard exhaust.
Why There Are Two Part Numbers
Spark lists GTR0106 for MY21-24 and GTR0109 for MY25-26, and marks each as compatible only with its own model years. The silencers are the same family; the routing that gets them under the seat is not.
Triumph changed the tail section and the standard exhaust arrangement for 2025, and the standard exhaust the kit replaces went from 7.7 kg to 7.4 kg. Ordering by model name alone will get you the wrong box. Check the year on the registration document first.
The Catalyst Stays
This is the unusual part of Spark's racing kits for this motorcycle, and it is worth repeating because it changes what the purchase involves. The original catalytic converter is not removed. The ECU does not need remapping. No error lights appear.
What the kit replaces is everything behind the converter, which is where the standard system's mass and bulk sit. The result is a race-configured motorcycle that has not been touched electronically and can be put back to standard without a workshop visit.
The dB Killer Is Part of the Design
Spark states in capitals that the exhaust must be used with the dB killer installed. That is not advice about circuit limits — it is how the kit is specified to operate.
Two short cases exiting under the seat of a 1,200 cc triple, without an insert, is a great deal more noise than Spark intends this product to make. The insert is included in the design rather than offered as an accessory.
What the Milled Caps Are
The Dyno's end caps are machined from 6000-series aluminium on a five-axis CNC. The perforation through each one removes weight, and the different radii on the inner and outer faces catch light from more than one angle — Spark describes the effect as reflecting sunlight like a real jewel.
Anodising puts the red into the surface rather than onto it, so the machining stays visible through the colour. Under the seat, pointing rearwards, these are the most exposed outlets any exhaust gets on this motorcycle.
Fitment & Compatibility
Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS and RR, 2025 through 2026 only. The same kit with carbon end caps is GTR0109TC. For MY21-24 the equivalents are GTR0106TR and GTR0106TC. The homologated slip-ons for this model year are GTR0108TOM and GTR0108DOM.
Road Approval
None. The kit carries no EC certificate, even though the catalytic converter remains in place. Closed circuits only.
