DescriptionThe whole story▼
The TE 300 carries the largest engine among Husqvarna's two-stroke enduro bikes, built for riders who want more torque than the smaller TE 125 offers, and the 2014–2016 bikes share their brake hose kit with that smaller two-stroke and with the entire four-stroke FE range from the same years. Two braided hoses cover the front and rear circuit in the S layout, keeping the hose routing exactly as the bike left the factory. Riders sometimes expect the biggest engine in the range to need a sturdier hose, but Accossato does not vary the part by displacement.
Key Features
- Two-hose set for the 2014–2016 TE 300, front and rear
- Standard S-layout routing
- Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Shared part number across the whole 2014–2016 FE and TE range
Construction and Material Quality
The braid construction does not change from one displacement to the next in this family: stainless aeronautical weave on both hoses, a fitting that is either bare stainless steel or painted in one of five colours, and twenty sheath shades to choose between. A bigger engine does not call for a heavier hose in Accossato's eyes.
The Biggest Two-Stroke, Shared Hardware
Despite carrying the largest engine among Husqvarna's two-strokes in this period, the TE 300 runs an identical brake hose pattern to the much smaller TE 125 and to the four-stroke FE 250 through FE 501, so Accossato lists all of them under this one code rather than scaling the hose to the engine. A 2017 or 2025–2026 TE 300 needs a rear-only kit instead, and 2018–2020 bikes use a different two-hose part built just for that later window.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the Husqvarna TE 300 from 2014 to 2016, and the same part also covers the FE 250, FE 350, FE 450 and FE 501 of those years, plus the TE 125 and the 2016 TE 250. Later TE 300s need AGA0282 for 2017 and 2025–2026, or AGF3013 for 2018–2020.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
