Performance & Build Quality

The system is a genuine full replacement rather than a slip-on conversion. By replacing the OEM headers in titanium, Spark extracts gains across the entire rev range rather than only at the top end. The DYNO silencer design has been dyno-developed specifically for the 1103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine architecture found in the Panigale V4 family, optimising back-pressure characteristics to sharpen mid-range torque delivery alongside peak power.

Titanium is the material of choice here for good reason: it runs cooler than stainless steel under sustained hard use, resists discolouration at high temperatures, and brings a meaningful mass saving that reduces unsprung weight distribution and lowers the centre of gravity slightly. The carbon fibre covers add a finishing touch consistent with the V4's track heritage while handling the thermal demands of sustained high-rpm operation.

Race Mapping Recommendation

To realise the full performance potential of this system, Spark and Inter-Pace strongly recommend the use of a dedicated race ECU map or a custom dyno tune. Ducati's OEM fuelling is calibrated around the standard exhaust's flow characteristics; remapping against the freer-flowing Spark system will optimise fuel delivery, ignition timing and throttle-by-wire response to extract every available gain in power and torque.
