The long Force Evo, for forty-eight euros more. Spark builds this system in two silencer lengths and the 450 mm case is the one it offers when the noise reading has to come down further than the 102 dB the 350 mm version already delivers.
Key Features
- Full racing system for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R, 2020 to 2026.
- Force Evo silencer, 450 mm, titanium with a carbon fibre end cap.
- AISI 304 stainless collector with a titanium link pipe.
- One hundred millimetres longer than the standard Force Evo case.
- The quiet end of Spark's four-silencer range for this bike.
- dB killer can be added to reduce the level further again.
A Hundred Millimetres, Not Fifty
Spark's usual step between silencer lengths is fifty millimetres. Here it is a hundred: 350 mm or 450 mm, with nothing in between.
That is a deliberate spread. The short case is the default and it already measures 102 dB, which clears most published limits. The long case exists for the circuits that go below that, and for riders who would rather have margin than a plug in the outlet. Spark does not publish a separate figure for the 450 mm version and we will not invent one — but the reason it exists is stated across the range: longer cases are offered specifically to reduce the sound level.
Where a Long Case Sits on This Bike
The CBR 1000 RR-R has an unusually high, short tail, and a 450 mm silencer under it reaches close to the end of the bodywork rather than stopping well short of it. Visually that fills a gap the short case leaves open.
Practically it adds a little weight and moves it rearward. On a motorcycle of this mass and this power, neither is a number a rider will feel — the reason to choose the length is the sound check, not the lap time.
Why the Collector Is Stainless
Spark reserves the titanium collector for the Grid-O and Moto GP systems, and pairs the Force Evo silencers with AISI 304. It is a coherent split rather than an arbitrary one: the Force Evo versions are the ones bought to satisfy a rule, and the titanium ones are bought to satisfy a stopwatch.
The link pipe is titanium in both. That is the section where the material change is actually felt, because it runs longer, cooler and closer to the centre of the motorcycle.
Fitment & Compatibility
Honda CBR 1000 RR-R, 2020 through 2026. The 350 mm version is GHO8835T at 102 dB. The full titanium systems are GHO8836T with the Grid-O and GHO8837T with the Moto GP. The Force silencer group on its own is GHO8843ST.
Road Approval
None. A lower reading is not an approval — the system carries no EC certificate and no catalytic converter. Closed circuits only.
