DescriptionThe whole story▼
Built from durable ABS plastic and finished in stealth black, this Puig front fender extension is engineered to shield the underside of your Speed Triple 1050 R from the grit, stones and spray your front wheel kicks up. Premium materials and a factory-matched fit mean this isn't a flimsy bolt-on afterthought — it's a genuine upgrade to your bike's original mudguard.
Key Features
- Manufactured in impact-resistant ABS plastic for long-lasting durability
- Acts as a front fender extension and anti-splash guard, boosting engine splash protection and radiator protection
- Black finish blends seamlessly with the OEM fender for a factory-look upgrade
- Supplied with plastic rivets for a secure, permanent fit to the stock mudguard
- Lightweight design at just 86 g, so there's no noticeable impact on handling
- Purpose-built as a front mudguard extension rather than a generic universal-fit guard
Premium Materials, Real-World Protection
Puig's choice of ABS plastic isn't accidental — it's a material chosen specifically for its resistance to impact and abrasion, meaning this front tyre hugger extension can take repeated hits from road debris without cracking or degrading. As a mudguard extension, it works alongside your original fender to extend coverage exactly where road spray and stone chips are most likely to strike, giving genuine road debris protection to the underside of the engine, radiator and lower fairing.
Straightforward, Permanent Fitment
Installation is designed to be simple and lasting. Puig supplies the plastic rivets needed to attach the extension directly to your Triumph's factory fender, along with fitting guidance to help you position the part correctly first time. This is a dedicated, model-specific design rather than a one-size-fits-all splash guard, so the fit and finish are exactly right for this generation of Speed Triple.
