Design, Finish and Build
Puig has built its reputation on model-specific engineering rather than one-size-fits-all accessories, and this extension is a good example: shaped to follow the factory fender's contours on the CB500FA, finished in matte black to disappear visually against the bike, and moulded from ABS that shrugs off stone chips and grit far better than the thinner factory plastic alone. It's a small part with an outsized job — keeping mud, water and stones away from the engine, radiator and lower fairing, and off the rider's boots.
Fitment and Installation
