Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters.

Identifying the Right Part
Order under 21750-25. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Check dimension a 8 mm, dimension b 25 mm, dimension c 2 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job. Circlips hold axial position under load; a sprung one lets the assembly walk.
