A spring that has settled in service sits shorter than new and quietly lowers the ride height.

Key Features

Dimension A 1.5 mm

Dimension B 44 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Öhlins part number 21033-02

What It Is

The published figures are 1.5 mm, 44 mm. Measure the old part against them before ordering. Coating is applied after setting so it does not affect the rate. Rates are offered in steps so a change can be made in one direction at a time. Free length and inner diameter decide fit; the rate decides behaviour.

Why the Original

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

Getting the Number Right

21033-02 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Öhlins states dimension a 1.5 mm, dimension b 44 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. A settled spring lowers the machine and steepens the steering without anyone changing a setting. Öhlins winds, heat-sets and measures each spring individually.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21033-02

Category: Springs

Dimension A: 1.5 mm

Dimension B: 44 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21033-02_bdc8a129-2cfc-4d3c-a544-dbdf051d35af.png?v=1788876937
