Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Öhlins part number 25627-01

What It Is

This position is identified by its number rather than by a dimension. Öhlins specifies thread-locking compound by position; not every fastener wants it. Retaining rings come in a groove-specific thickness — the next size does not hold. Its length is a specification, not a filler — a millimetre changes what the unit does.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 25627-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25627-01

Category: Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25627-01_7d0fa9e1-8d73-4b94-87b1-b7722648177e.png?v=1788880963
