Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job.

Key Features

Dimension A 64.6 mm

Öhlins part number 25602-01

Dimension C 2 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Dimension B 84 mm

Function

Öhlins gives it as 64.6 mm, 84 mm, 2 mm; nothing about that is approximate. Circlips hold axial position under load; a sprung one lets the assembly walk. A spacer sets an internal dimension: preload on a stack, free length, or the position of a piston. These are the parts that are easy to lose on the bench and impossible to improvise afterwards.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

How to Be Sure It Fits

25602-01 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. The published dimensions are dimension a 64.6 mm, dimension b 84 mm, dimension c 2 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Pins and dowels locate parts to each other; without them the assembly is merely clamped, not positioned. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25602-01

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 64.6 mm

Dimension B: 84 mm

Dimension C: 2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25602-01_d8379512-4577-4396-9927-4dc327b26550.png?v=1788878470
