Key Features
- Original Öhlins service part
- Öhlins part number 61123-17
- Inner Diameter 7 mm
- Outer Diameter 13.9 mm
- Length 19 mm
What It Is
61123-17 is the 7 mm, 13.9 mm, 19 mm version — Öhlins lists each size separately. A worn guide shows up as a knock over sharp edges. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused.
Why the Original
The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise.
Identifying the Right Part
61123-17 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. The published dimensions are inner diameter 7 mm, outer diameter 13.9 mm, length 19 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal. Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge.
Fitting and Setup Service
We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.
