The reservoir hose carries the full gas charge and is pressure-tested accordingly. Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be substituted freely. The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it.

Genuine Service Part

The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Order under 00636-31. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. The published dimensions are dimension a 12 mm, dimension b 12 mm, dimension c 425 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. A hose-mounted reservoir lets the damper be fitted where a piggyback would not go. Hose length is specific to the installation and cannot be substituted freely.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00636-31

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 12 mm

Dimension B: 12 mm

Dimension C: 425 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00636-31_c3d81081-1b76-4267-a16f-6272dc380336.png?v=1788872540
