Both diameters and the length are specification, not approximation. Öhlins uses PTFE-coated bushings for a low breakaway force. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused.

Genuine Service Part

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Order under 21663-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. inner diameter 12 mm, outer diameter 170 mm, length 25 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Bushings carry the side load in a damper or fork and keep the moving parts concentric. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21663-01

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 12 mm

Outer Diameter: 170 mm

Length: 25 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21663-01_598ef912-f5a5-4990-87ea-814d39930851.png?v=1788879969
