Measure the old part against them before ordering. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range. Outer tubes hold the bushings and the seal head, so their bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 21630-20. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 43 mm, dimension b 56 mm, dimension c 58 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. A marked inner tube destroys seals repeatedly until it is replaced. Axle clamps and lower legs are machined to hold the axle without distorting the fork.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21630-20

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 43 mm

Dimension B: 56 mm

Dimension C: 58 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21630-20_04613aa1-6386-4f47-8202-920e71ab3ee3.png?v=1788879763
