The Nexx X.LIFETOUR is a quiet, sporty, comfortable P/J flip-up touring helmet with an intercom-ready design — open it at the lights, close it for the miles, and let it carry you wherever life leads. Built on the X-Matrix2 fibreglass multi-composite shell, here in a matte titanium finish.

The X.LIFETOUR pairs an advanced sound-damping design — chin vortex generators that cut drag with the innovative Silent Travel Seal, a double rubber seal around the visor and chin closure — for outstanding acoustic isolation. Integrated anti-noise cheek pads and a matching neck roll steer wind away and reduce unwanted noise, turning the transition from a world of noise into a place of refuge.

This X.LIFETOUR uses Nexx's X-Matrix2 multi-composite fibre — a strong, impact-resistant mid-range shell. Every closure component, from the micrometric lock to the chin-bar release, is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel or special aluminium. The chin bar opens via an easy-access button with a safety mechanism that prevents accidental opening, and the Super Locker pivot guarantees a stable lock when raised: P/J homologated.

Comfort for Endless Rides

The X.LIFETOUR interior is a harmonious blend of materials and textiles that creates a genuine 'welcome home' ambience. The three-dimensional design hugs the head, with noise-damping cheek pads, the Morpho-Fit format for a tailored fit, and a seamless liner with multi-channel ventilation for effortless airflow. X-Mart Dry fabric dries roughly twice as fast as cotton, and the new Air Cumbs crown pad — stitched with a special alveolar mesh — forms a refreshing air chamber between the padding and the EPS.

Ventilation & Mid Airflow Chamber

Two closable intakes and two rear exhausts adapt to the weather and your preference. At the cutting edge is the patent-pending Mid Airflow Chamber, which creates a gap between the inner and outer EPS layers: it circulates fresh air around the head and efficiently draws hot air out through the rear exhausts.

Sound, Camera, Ready

The sleek X-COM3 series integrates seamlessly — earphones, battery, cable slots, microphone and Bluetooth 5 — in Standard and PRO (2.0 Mesh, Harman Kardon sound) versions. The detachable X.LIFETOUR comes with two action-camera mounts for the top and/or side, so you can capture every memorable mile.

A Note on Weight

Nexx quotes bare-shell spec weights of about 1,800 g (X-Matrix2) ± 50 g. Fully kitted, a real-world flip-up touring helmet weighs more (independent testers scaled around 1,860 g for a size-M carbon). It is a feature-rich, exceptionally quiet touring modular rather than a stripped-out lightweight.

Size Guide

The X.LIFETOUR runs from XS to XXXL across two outer shell sizes (XS–L | XL–XXXL). Measure your head circumference around the widest part, about 1–2 cm above the eyebrows, and compare it with the size chart on this page. Between two sizes, most riders take the larger one.
