DescriptionThe whole story▼

Precision-engineered for the Aprilia RS 660, the JetPrime JP ATR 660 racing air funnels are designed to transform throttle response and airbox efficiency across the full rev range — delivering a more immediate, rewarding connection between hand and engine.

Key Features

  • Reduces air turbulence inside the airbox during the intake phase, smoothing and optimising charge delivery to the throttle body
  • Increases intake resistance at lower revs to improve cylinder fill, giving stronger, more progressive pull from the moment you crack the throttle
  • Dramatically sharpens engine response at full throttle opening, where every millisecond of reaction time counts on track
  • Eases air extraction for more efficient overall engine performance across the powerband
  • Plug-and-play fitment directly inside the factory airbox — no modifications required
  • CNC-machined from Ergal 7075-T6 aluminium for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and lasting durability

Engineering & Build Quality

JetPrime designed these funnels specifically around the intake geometry of the Aprilia RS 660, shaping each trumpet to guide incoming air with minimal disruption through the throttle body opening phase. The geometry actively increases intake resistance in a controlled manner, a well-proven racing technique that enhances low-speed cylinder fill without sacrificing top-end breathing. The result is a more linear, eager power delivery that feels confidence-inspiring whether you are working through the gears on a technical circuit or exploring the limits of the mid-range.

Every funnel is CNC-machined from Ergal 7075-T6, a high-grade aluminium alloy used throughout motorsport for its exceptional rigidity and resistance to fatigue. Manufacturing takes place entirely in Italy under JetPrime's own quality controls, ensuring dimensional accuracy that translates directly to consistent, repeatable performance gains.

Track Use & Installation

Installation is straightforward: the funnels seat directly into the existing airbox positions on the RS 660, requiring no drilling, cutting or specialist tools. Once fitted they are invisible behind the fairing, adding function with no visual compromise. Their plug-and-play nature means swapping back to standard configuration between events takes only minutes.

Please note: the JetPrime JP ATR 660 racing air funnels are intended exclusively for competition and track use. They are not approved for road use.
