DescriptionThe whole story▼
The left-hand panel on the flank of the tank. Ducati designed these to be unbolted and swapped, and sold them in colours from launch; this is the carbon answer to that idea.
Key Features
- Left side, single panel
- 200 Plain weave, autoclave-cured
- Five finishes to choose from
- Uses the factory quick-release fixings
- Scrambler 803, 2015 to 2017
The Part the Bike Was Designed Around
Most motorcycles treat bodywork as fixed. The Scrambler was built the other way: the tank panels come off in minutes, and Ducati's own accessory catalogue offered them in half a dozen colours before the first bikes reached dealers.
That makes carbon here less of an intervention than it would be anywhere else. The mechanism is already there, the bike expects the change, and nothing is drilled or modified to do it.
Right Side Is a Separate Article
Fullsix moulds and prices each side individually. For a matched pair, order MD-SI15-C49CR as well and ideally at the same time, so both come from the same production run and the weave runs the same way across the curve.
Fitment and Compatibility
Ducati Scrambler with the 803 cc engine, model years 2015 to 2017, left-hand side. The manufacturer's listing does not distinguish Icon, Classic or the other trims of that era.
Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part.
Fitting
Minutes with a hand tool. Keep the original panel: on a Scrambler it is worth having, and returning the bike to standard later costs nothing.
