DescriptionThe whole story▼
This Accossato 10.5 mm radial clutch master cylinder is built with its fluid pan integrated into the body rather than as a separate reservoir, and is aimed at offroad bikes, scooters and pitbikes where a compact clutch pump matters. The lever is a jointed design without a relieving eyelet (NRST), sold in seven colours, and every unit has a front adjuster so the gap between lever and handlebar can be set with a simple twist. A full spare parts range, down to the lever pin and bushing, is listed for this version.
Key Features
- 10.5 mm piston diameter, recommended for offroad motorcycles, scooters and pitbikes
- Jointed lever without a relieving eyelet (NRST), available in seven colours
- Front adjuster for setting lever-to-handlebar distance by hand
- Integrated fluid pan built into the master cylinder body
- Forged aluminium pump body with a CNC-machined cover and lever
- Offset U-bolt mounting hardware in galvanised steel
- Full spare parts range listed, down to the bleed valve, lever pin and bushing
- Recommended with an Accossato clutch hose kit and Accossato Racing brake oil
Construction and Material Quality
Like its brake counterpart in the same offroad line, this clutch pump begins life as a forged aluminium casting for the body, with the cover and the lever then brought to final size by CNC machining. An offset U-bolt in galvanised steel holds the unit to the handlebar, and the hose fitting shares the familiar M10x1 thread used throughout the Accossato catalogue. What sets the parts list apart here is its depth: Accossato catalogues the bleed valve, the U-bolt itself, the adjustment knob and its pin, the oil compensation seal, the master cylinder cap, a safety clip, the lever pin, a bushing, the lever cog holder, the recoil cover and the tray gasket as individually orderable items, so a worn component can be swapped out rather than the whole pump being retired.
Jointed Lever, Front Adjuster and the Fluid Pan
Rather than a folding lever, this clutch master cylinder uses a jointed, articulated design supplied without a relieving eyelet, which Accossato refers to as the NRST configuration. Every unit carries a front adjuster, so the distance between the lever and the handlebar grip can be changed with a simple twist to suit the rider's hand size, independently of the clutch's own setup. The fluid pan is built into the body rather than fitted as a separate tank, which keeps the whole assembly compact on the narrower handlebars typical of the offroad machines, scooters and pitbikes this unit is aimed at, and Accossato notes that pairing it with one of its own clutch hose kits and Racing brake oil is intended to make the clutch action more effective on sport bikes as well.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato does not publish a vehicle list for this clutch master cylinder, and none is recorded for it in our own fitment data, so it is treated as a universal 10.5 mm radial clutch pump for a 22 mm handlebar clamp. Before ordering, confirm your handlebar clamp measures 22 mm and that your clutch hydraulics are designed around a 10.5 mm piston with an integrated fluid pan.
Road Approval
This clutch master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
