The TC001 is the bare body of Accossato's CrossThrottle control, a single-cable throttle control sold without grips or cables so it can be built up with whichever Accossato grip and cable the rider already has or wants to pick separately. Like the rest of Accossato's quick throttle range, it is built from two CNC-machined, anodised aluminium half-rings. The CrossThrottle name points to off-road and motocross-style use, where a quick, direct throttle action matters more than on a touring road bike.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato machines the TC001's body from two aluminium half-rings, anodised the same way as the rest of its throttle control range, built around a single-cable mechanism rather than the double-cable system used on some of its street-oriented kits. Selling it without a grip or cables keeps the body as the cheapest way into the CrossThrottle system, for riders who already have a compatible grip and cable, or who want to choose both separately rather than take whichever pairing a complete kit bundles in. No internal cam system is described for this body, unlike the three-cam MY-series kits, so the stroke follows the cable and grip it is eventually paired with.
A Body to Build Around
Where most of Accossato's MY-series throttle controls are sold with a grip, and often a cable, already attached, the TC001 is the opposite approach: just the body, left for the rider to finish. That suits riders rebuilding a damaged throttle control around a grip they already own, or building up a spare body ahead of a race weekend without paying again for a grip and cable they already own and do not need a second set of.
Fitment and Compatibility
The TC001 is a universal throttle control body rather than one built for a named motorcycle. Fitting it means confirming the handlebar takes a standard clamp and that a single-cable mechanism suits the application, then sourcing a compatible Accossato grip and cable separately, since neither is included with this listing. In the Inter-Pace garage it is listed for two-stroke competition off-road motorcycles, motocross and enduro; the Fitment tab names the individual models.
Road Approval
There is no ABE or parts certificate documented by Accossato for the TC001; registration rules depend on the country, so check before road use. The throttle must return to the idle position on its own as soon as the grip is released; check this after fitting, before riding.
