DescriptionThe whole story▼
For the single 2016 model year of the 250SX-F, sitting in the narrow gap between the long-running 2009–2015 clutch kit and whatever followed it, Accossato issued its own isolated clutch code. Unlike almost every other part in this catalogue, nothing else is listed against it; the 2016 250SX-F has this hose entirely to itself.
Key Features
- Single braided clutch hose built only for the 2016 250SX-F
- Clutch C-layout routing, matching the original line
- Stainless steel fittings only for this part
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- No other model or brand shares this particular code
Construction and Material Quality
The hose is stainless aeronautical braid finished with a stainless steel fitting at each end, with no painted option; the twenty sheath colours are the only way to vary its appearance. Being a single clutch line built for one specific model year, the fitting job involves just the one connection at each end.
A Code With Exactly One Fitment
Where most of Accossato's off-road clutch and brake kits reach across several models, several years or even several brands, this one does none of that; it exists solely for the 2016 250SX-F. The 2009–2015 bike uses the much more widely shared AGC5000 instead, which also covers four other SX and SX-F displacements across that longer run. A buyer should treat this code as a strict one-year exception rather than assume it extends backward or forward to cover any neighbouring model year. Unlike almost every other part in this catalogue, which spreads across several years or brands, this one exists purely for a single, narrowly defined fitment. That isolation extends to compatibility too: no GasGas, no Husqvarna, and no other KTM model year appears anywhere on this single-year clutch code.
Fitment and Compatibility
This clutch hose fits only the KTM 250SX-F built in 2016. For the 2009–2015 bike, use AGC5000 instead, which also covers the 125SX, 150SX, 250SX and 350SX-F from those earlier model years.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 1 braided hose for the Clutch layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
