DescriptionThe whole story

The Talos ST.19 brings genuine racing-master-cylinder technology to everyday road use, making it one of the most practical upgrades you can fit to a performance street bike. A 19 mm piston, folding brake lever and integrated brake light switch combine in a single CNC-machined billet-aluminium body — no compromises, no missing hardware, ready to bolt on and ride.

Key Features

  • 19 mm piston diameter delivers a strong, well-defined pressure point suited to large four-piston and monoblock brake calipers
  • Fixed lever ratio provides a consistent, predictable feel that suits daily road riding and spirited weekend runs equally well
  • Folding brake lever pivots away on impact, protecting against breakage in minor drops or slides
  • Integrated brake light switch means no additional wiring or external switches are needed — genuine plug-and-play fitment
  • CNC-machined from billet aluminium with a black anodised finish for durability and a clean, purposeful look
  • Click-adjustable lever reach accommodates different hand sizes without tools

CNC Billet Construction

The ST.19 body is machined from solid billet aluminium rather than cast, giving it a notably higher structural rigidity. That stiffness translates directly into braking feel: every milligram of lever travel produces a precise, linear pressure response at the caliper with no flex-induced vagueness. The hard-anodised aluminium piston resists wear and heat cycling over tens of thousands of kilometres, while the titanium bleeder and stainless steel clamp and pivot bolts eliminate the corrosion issues associated with standard hardware.

19 mm Piston — Matched to Modern Braking Systems

The 19 mm master cylinder bore is the widely accepted standard for large-displacement sport bikes running four-piston radial or monoblock calipers. It generates sufficient hydraulic pressure to exploit the full stopping power of high-performance brake pads and oversized discs without requiring excessive lever effort. The result is a confident, controllable bite that inspires rather than intimidates — exactly what you need in mixed traffic or on a demanding back road. The fixed pivot-point ratio keeps the feel uniform regardless of lever reach setting, so there are no surprises when you adjust the lever position between riders or after a trackday.

Street-Ready Practicality

Where pure racing master cylinders often omit features that matter on the road, the ST-series adds them back without adding unnecessary complexity. The folding lever is the most obvious example: a low-speed tip-over or parking-lot slide that would snap a solid lever leaves a folding unit undamaged. The integrated brake light switch removes a wiring task that often catches out home installers and keeps the handlebar area clean and uncluttered. At 360 g the unit is light enough to matter on a stripped streetfighter or track-prep build, yet robust enough for year-round commuting.
