FX8716P fits the OXO and comes in the codes KUR and BUO at 125.45 EUR.

Key Features

OXO chin bar, large shell

Finish codes KUR and BUO

Supplier line CHIN BAR LARGE SHELL

125.45 EUR, list price 139.39 EUR

Listed weight 170 g

Finish codes

KUR and BUO are the two versions. Shark supplies no plain-language name for either, so trust the code on your helmet label and not the colour you think you see. The matt large-shell chin bar listed after this one, FX8717P, uses KUB and AUK.

Where this part belongs

The OXO is the one helmet named for FX8716P, in the helmet model column of Shark's price list.

No inference from part-number patterns is involved: the price list names the helmet directly.

Ordering by part number

Order by part number. If you have the helmet's paperwork, the chin bar number is there; if not, your dealer can find it from the helmet's details. The same two codes on the small shell belong to FX8706P.

Small shell or large shell

Large shell only. The shell size label under the comfort liner settles the question. OXO helmets in different sizes can share a shell, so the size on your helmet is not enough.

Chin bars have no helmet-size variants under their number; the only choice besides the shell is the finish code.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/FX8716P-10650375913738-v2-platzhalter.png?v=1790599596
