DescriptionThe whole story▼
Long days in the saddle demand protection that works as hard as you do. The Puig Chopper windscreen, drawn from the Puig Custom design line, wraps the Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster in a silhouette that feels purpose-built — deflecting wind gusts and cold air so you arrive refreshed rather than battered, without compromising the stripped-back aesthetic that makes the Speedmaster worth riding in the first place.
Key Features
- Shaped within the Puig Custom design line to complement round-headlight cruisers — a natural visual match for the Bonneville Speedmaster's classic profile.
- Moulded from high-impact thermoplastic polymer for outstanding resistance to knocks, stone chips and the general punishment of daily riding.
- Aerodynamic profile actively redirects airflow and improves stability at speed, reducing rider fatigue on extended runs.
- Rounded outer edges eliminate sharp transitions, improving both rider safety and overall aesthetics.
- UV-stabilised material retains clarity and resists yellowing even after prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Supplied with a complete two-point mounting kit and a visual instruction booklet for straightforward, tool-friendly fitment. Where additional hardware is required, Puig offers a compatible supplementary hardware kit.
Built for the Long Haul
At 2,000 g the Chopper screen carries genuine substance, and that solidity translates directly into ride quality. Where lighter, thinner screens flex and drum at motorway speeds, the high-resistance thermoplastic construction holds its shape, keeping wind deflection consistent hour after hour. The rounded profile is not purely decorative — it removes the stress concentrations that can cause cracking at mounting points, making this a screen designed to outlast the seasons rather than just the summer.
Compliance and Certification
The screen is certified to the quality standards of the German TÜV and carries ABE approval certificate KBA 38007 WS12, as well as DOT homologation reference 1312. Please review the ABE documentation carefully to confirm suitability for your specific motorcycle registration before fitting.
Fitment and Compatibility
Designed and tested to fit the following model:
- Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster (2018–2019)
The screen mounts at two attachment points using the included hardware. If your specific variant requires additional or alternative mounting components, Puig's dedicated hardware kit is available separately.
