Where It Sits
There is no measurement to check here — the number and the exploded view identify it. Head diameter and thread are specific to the tube it closes. An oil seal that has hardened lets the shaft pass oil past it, and the damping fades long before the leak becomes visible. A seal head combines the oil seal, the dust seal and the shaft bushing in one serviceable assembly.
