That is the OBT009: a 10 g bracket measuring 28.9 mm in height and 31 mm in projection. Black anodised, and black is the whole range for the OBT009. Fitting it to a GSR750 is a job of minutes, not hours.

Key Features

10 g of bracket on the GSR750

Fits the LighTech reservoirs OBT001, OBT006 or OBT007

Sold separately from the reservoir, as LighTech supplies it

Simple, intuitive mounting — LighTech's own description, and it holds

Black anodised — LighTech makes this bracket in no other finish

The rear bracket of the pair

Position Is the Point

LighTech splits reservoir and bracket because the bracket is what varies by machine. Black anodised aluminium at 10 g, which is all the OBT009 needs to be. Black is the only finish LighTech makes it in.

Looking After It

Check the bracket fasteners on the GSR750 at the same interval as the bar clamps. Otherwise it is a fit-and-forget item on the GSR750.

Fitment

LighTech catalogues the OBT009 for the GSR750 (2011 to 2016). The bracket carries the reservoir; check the space on your GSR750 before deciding front or rear.

Sold Separately

LighTech sells this mount on its own. It carries the three LighTech reservoirs (OBT001, OBT006, OBT007), which are ordered separately. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your GSR750.

Fitting

Installation on the GSR750 needs no special service tool. Mount it so the reservoir sits above the master cylinder on the GSR750, never below. Re-check the fasteners after the first ride.

In the Package

The OBT009 is supplied as a single bracket with its fasteners. Packaging carries the reference, so a second order is unambiguous.

Regulations and the Hydraulic Circuit

Brake components are regulated for the obvious reason, and this is one. We list the OBT009 without an approval claim because LighTech issues none. Track-only machines raise no approval question; a registered GSR750 does.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT009

Type: Reservoir bracket, rear

Height: 28.9 mm

Projection: 31 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: Suzuki GSR750 (2011 to 2016)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT009_b5d29d6e-9905-4726-a03a-a7f0b6cab6c7.png?v=1791204312
