The LighTech OBT009 is that bracket — 28.9 mm tall with 31 mm of projection, 10 g. No finish to choose: LighTech lists the OBT009 in black alone. Nothing on the RC 125 is cut or drilled to fit it.

Key Features

Laser-marked with the LighTech logo

Nothing on the RC 125 is drilled, cut or permanently altered

Reversible — the original part goes back on the RC 125 any time

LighTech part number OBT009, listed for the KTM RC 125

The rear bracket of the pair

Fits the LighTech reservoirs the three OBT reservoirs

Why the Bracket Matters

Two brackets exist for a reason: height and projection differ front to rear. LighTech dimensions the OBT009 to 28.9 mm by 31 mm so the hose run stays short on the RC 125. It fits the LighTech reservoirs OBT001, OBT006 and OBT007 and is sold without any of them.

In the Workshop

Allow half an hour on the RC 125 including bleeding. Offer the bracket up before tightening — the hose run on the RC 125 decides the angle. Everything removed from the RC 125 can go straight back on.

What It Fits

The listing is for the RC 125 and the years 2017 to 2026. LighTech lists it as adaptable rather than model-specific, so check the position on the RC 125 first.

Supplied As

LighTech ships the OBT009 on its own. Packaging carries the reference, so a second order is unambiguous.

Looking After It

Check the bracket fasteners on the RC 125 at the same interval as the bar clamps. The OBT009 needs no maintenance of its own beyond that.

Before You Order

LighTech sells this mount on its own. It is made for the LighTech reservoir range and fits none of the original parts. A complete installation on the RC 125 is one tank plus one bracket.

Brake System and Road Approval

Anything in the hydraulic circuit of an RC 125 is safety-relevant by definition. LighTech supplies no type-approval document with the OBT009, and we make no approval claim for it. For a road-registered RC 125 in Germany, have the installation assessed before you rely on it — and have the system bled and checked by a workshop afterwards.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT009

Type: Reservoir bracket, rear

Height: 28.9 mm

Projection: 31 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: KTM RC 125 (2017 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT009_04b596ae-8914-4f96-bc9e-ca0b26018a1a.png?v=1791204235
