The LighTech OBT009 is that bracket — 28.9 mm tall with 31 mm of projection, 10 g. The bracket comes black; colour lives on the reservoir, not the mount. It is among the least expensive visible changes you can make to a 125 DUKE.

Key Features

Sold separately from the reservoir, as LighTech supplies it

Fitting the OBT009 to the 125 DUKE needs hand tools only

Fits the LighTech reservoirs the OBT reservoir family

28.9 mm in height, 31 mm of projection

A stock LighTech item rather than a special order

Laser-marked with the LighTech logo

Why the Bracket Matters

The bracket is the part that has to suit the 125 DUKE, not the tank. Black anodised aluminium at 10 g, which is all the OBT009 needs to be. It fits the LighTech reservoirs OBT001, OBT006 and OBT007 and is sold without any of them.

Fitment

The listing is for the 125 DUKE and the years 2017 to 2026. LighTech lists it as adaptable rather than model-specific, so check the position on the 125 DUKE first.

Fitting

Allow half an hour on the 125 DUKE including bleeding. Offer the bracket up before tightening — the hose run on the 125 DUKE decides the angle. Re-check the fasteners after the first ride.

Maintenance

Vibration finds every loose fastener on the 125 DUKE eventually. The OBT009 needs no maintenance of its own beyond that.

In the Package

LighTech ships the OBT009 on its own. LighTech keeps it as a stock item.

The Second Part Number

The OBT009 is a bracket and nothing else. It is made for the LighTech reservoir range and fits none of the original parts. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your 125 DUKE.

Road Use and Approval

Anything in the hydraulic circuit of a 125 DUKE is safety-relevant by definition. The OBT009 carries no approval mark. If the 125 DUKE is used on public roads, treat this as a brake-system modification: inspection body first, workshop check after.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT009

Type: Reservoir bracket, rear

Height: 28.9 mm

Projection: 31 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: KTM 125 DUKE (2017 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT009_2b3b6212-ef4d-4812-b482-8a45823ad4f1.png?v=1791204203
