DescriptionThe whole story▼
The winglets are the reason the Streetfighter V4 looks the way it does. Ducati took the aerodynamic appendages from a superbike and left them exposed on a naked motorcycle, and the result is the single most recognisable feature on the bike. They are also the most obvious candidate for carbon, because they are already a technical part pretending to be nothing else.
Key Features
- Pair of winglets, direct replacement for the original items on the 2025 aerodynamic package
- Four configurations in 200 Plain weave: clear coat, matt, satin and raw
- Autoclave-cured laminate with the rigidity a cantilevered aerofoil needs
- Original mounting points and fasteners, no modification to the front fairing
- Raw carbon is the lightest and least expensive of the four
Rigidity Is the Functional Requirement
A winglet is a cantilever loaded by air at the free end, which is the loading case a laminate handles well and a moulded plastic part handles adequately. The relevant property is stiffness rather than strength: an aerofoil that deflects under load is no longer the shape it was designed as. Autoclave curing is what produces the fibre fraction that keeps it rigid.
What this listing will not claim is a measurable change in downforce, because the shape is the original shape. The gain is in the material and in the appearance, not in the aerodynamics, and any seller telling you otherwise is guessing.
Fitment and Compatibility
Ducati Streetfighter V4, model years 2025 and 2026, on the original winglet mounting points. The 2020-2024 Streetfighter V4 uses a different aerodynamic package and needs its own set.
Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. Treat it as a replacement body component and confirm the position for your own registration before road use.
Finish on the Part Everyone Looks At
Winglets are the one component where gloss carries its own argument. They are small, they are seen from the front, and clear coat over a plain weave at that scale reads as a deliberate technical statement rather than decoration. This is where most riders spend the extra.
The counter-case is a motorcycle that is otherwise dark and matt, where gloss winglets look bolted on. Matt keeps the silhouette and drops the shine; satin holds a little depth without reflecting the sky. Raw suits a build where every carbon part is raw, and looks out of place as a single exception.
