DescriptionThe whole story▼

Adventure bikes are bought for trips, and the Voge 900DSX is no exception: luggage, a passenger, mountain roads and weather that changes by the hour. Accossato's AGPA92 front pad in the Sintered (ST) compound is intended for that kind of riding. Accossato says it holds a high and constant grip level at low and high temperatures and works well in the wet. The pad is listed for the Voge 900DSX from 2024 to 2026.

Key Features

  • AGPA92 front pad from Accossato, Sintered (ST) compound
  • Listed for the Voge 900DSX (DSX 900), 2024-2026
  • Accossato: stable grip cold or hot, strong in the rain
  • For touring with luggage and a pillion
  • Same lever feel from the top of a pass to the bottom
  • One box covers one front caliper
  • Other compounds for AGPA92: OR, EV1, EV2, ZXC

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's sintered compound is designed around stability. The same grip is meant to be there when the pads are cold at the start of the day and when they are hot after a long descent, and rain on the disc should not change it much. Accossato also states its general aims for all pads: long life, controlled heat to limit fade and strong stopping power.

Loaded Trips on the DSX 900

A loaded 900DSX on a mountain descent asks a lot of its front brake. With panniers, a top box and a passenger, there is much more mass to slow down, and hairpin after hairpin the discs get hotter. A pad that keeps its bite through that heat keeps the lever feeling the same, which builds confidence. The ST compound is also designed for wet grip, which matters on a trip where you cannot choose the weather. Riders who mainly ride short, dry distances may prefer the quieter OR version. On long tours, check pad thickness regularly; a loaded bike eats pads faster.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato names AGPA92 for the front of the Voge 900DSX from 2024 to 2026, with AGPP91 as the rear pad. One box covers one front caliper, so check how many calipers your bike carries before ordering. Before a long trip, inspect discs and fluid, replace pads on both sides together, clean the pistons before pushing them back and bed the pads in with gradual stops.

Road Approval

No ABE or Prüfzeichen is available to us for AGPA92ST. It is supplied for motorsport use.

Scope of Delivery
