DescriptionThe whole story▼

A rider's first ride on the current KTM 250SX-F after a winter off the bike usually starts cautiously and ends with far more confidence than it began, as the feel of a familiar machine comes back faster than fitness does. Footpegs are one of the few parts a rider notices again immediately, since the feet are in constant contact with them from the first lap. Accossato's enlarged Ergal footpegs for the 250SX-F of 2023 to 2026 come in orange, blue or black.

Key Features

  • Enlarged footpegs for the KTM 250SX-F, model years 2023 to 2026
  • Ergal, a high-strength aluminium alloy
  • Broader base that feels familiar from the first lap back
  • Accossato's stated use: motocross, enduro and off-road riding
  • Orange, blue or black
  • Two pegs, left and right, sold together
  • Earlier 250SX-F generations use separate Accossato sets
  • No approval documents on file; for competition

Construction and Material Quality

Enlarged and made of Ergal, for motocross, enduro and off-road motorcycles: that is the complete description Accossato gives for this part, with Ergal belonging to the high-strength aluminium alloys. The current 250SX-F takes the set in orange, blue or black, with a peg for each side.

The First Ride Back

Riders coming back after a winter away from racing usually find the bike itself needs no relearning, even when their own fitness clearly does; muscle memory for clutch feel, braking points and body position returns within a lap or two. What takes longer to rebuild is stamina, and a rider who tires quickly tends to let small details slip first, the ones that normally happen without thought.

Footing is often the first of those details to go, since tired legs are less precise about where the boot lands after a jump or through a rut. A broad, forgiving peg gives a returning rider a little more margin for exactly that kind of early-season mistake, while the rest of their fitness and sharpness catches up over the following weeks.

Fitment and Compatibility

This FR809 suits only the 2023–2026 250SX-F; a bike from 2006 to 2015 needs the FR795, and one from 2016 to 2022 the FR798, each in its own colours. Please verify your model year before ordering, and ask us if anything does not match. The FR809 is also listed elsewhere in our shop on other KTM machines.

Road Approval

We hold no ABE or similar approval for this footpeg, and it is therefore offered for competition use.

Scope of Delivery

Two FR809 footpegs for the 250SX-F, one per side, in orange, blue or black.
