Headers, link pipe and silencer, all titanium, 4,1 kg complete against 8,5 for the standard system. Spark calls this the SBK version, and the headers behind it came out of a season of racing rather than a catalogue exercise.

Where the Headers Came From

Spark developed the titanium headers in this system with the Nuova M2 Racing Team through the 2019 season. That programme took the National Trophy 1000 championship with Eddi La Marra, and Lorenzo Savadori finished second overall in the CIV Superbike championship on the same equipment.

It is worth stating plainly what that does and does not mean. It is not a claim that this is the part those riders used — it is a claim that the sizing work behind it was done under a season of racing conditions rather than on a bench alone.

The Loud One

The Konix Evo is the noisier of Spark's two silencers for this motorcycle, and it is the one to choose when the events you attend do not measure, or measure generously. If they do measure at 105 or below, the Force Evo systems GAP8805T and GAP8805C are the articles that reach it.

Four and a Half Kilos, and Where They Are

The saving is 4,4 kg against the standard system. Some of that is the silencer, but the larger share is in the headers and the collector — the section that runs under the engine and forward of the swingarm pivot.

On a V4 that already carries its mass high, taking four kilos out of the lowest and most central part of the exhaust is the change that shows up in how the bike falls into a corner.

Euro5+ Machines Need Setting Up

Spark flags this system for Euro5+ models with a specific note: the ECU must be remapped and the last lambda sensor, the one ahead of the silencer, must be deactivated. The system is built with fittings for one lambda sensor per cylinder.

That is not optional on those bikes. A Euro5+ RSV4 with this system and an untouched map does not run correctly.

Fitment & Compatibility

Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4, 2017 to 2026. The Force Evo version of the same system is GAP8805T in titanium and GAP8805C with a carbon silencer. Slip-on only, keeping the standard headers: GAP0402T, GAP0407T, GAP0408C. Racing collector on its own: GAP8502.
