DescriptionThe whole story▼

With more mid-range than the 600 and less weight than the 1000, the Suzuki GSX-R 750 is a popular choice for riders who do evening track sessions after work and ride fast on the weekend. AGPA106 in the EV1 street/track mixture is Accossato's front pad for the GSX-R 750 from 2011 to 2025. It suits the rider who wants one pad for spirited road riding and regular amateur track evenings.

Key Features

  • Front pads for the Suzuki GSX-R 750, 2011 to 2025
  • EV1 street/track compound, SKU AGPA106EV1
  • Excellent grip for street and amateur track, per Accossato
  • For evening track sessions and fast roads
  • One pad for road and circuit
  • Rear pad listed: AGPP39
  • Accossato was founded in 1969
  • No ABE held; circuit use

Construction and Material Quality

EV1 is Accossato's answer for riders who use one bike on the road and the track. The company, founded in 1969 in Moncalieri near Turin, says it offers excellent grip in both places. The general claims of slow wear, controlled heat and high stopping power apply too.

Evening Track Sessions

Some circuits offer short evening sessions after work, and the GSX-R 750 is well suited to them: ride there, do a few sessions and ride home. Evening sessions are short and the track often cools quickly as the sun goes down, so the front brake must work from the first lap without much warm-up. EV1 is designed for that mix of road and track use. Check the fluid and pad thickness before the evening, and bed in new pads on the road beforehand.

As the track cools, the tyres lose some grip, so brake a little earlier in the last session. On the ride home in the dark, switch back to road mode and brake smoothly. Over a season of evening sessions, keep an eye on pad wear, since regular track use wears pads faster than road riding.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPA106 for the GSX-R 750 from 2011 to 2025. The GSX-R 750 has two front calipers, so two boxes are needed. The rear pad is AGPP39. The front plate is also offered as Sintered, EV2 and ZXC.

Road Approval

We have no ABE or German approval documents for AGPA106EV1. It is sold for track and competition use.
