DescriptionThe whole story▼

The front two thirds of an Evo 2025 system in one box. Spark's full titanium header with the titanium link pipe already fitted to it — everything except the silencer, for a rider who is bringing their own or choosing it separately.

Key Features

  • Full titanium Evo 2025 header with titanium link pipe, Honda CBR 1000 RR-R, 2024 to 2026.
  • 1-2 and 3-4 crossovers, CNC-machined titanium bushings.
  • Headers dimensioned specifically for the 2025 engine.
  • Supplied without a silencer.
  • Priced practically the same as buying the two parts separately.
  • Part of the original fairing must be removed to fit it.

Two Part Numbers or One

Spark lists the header alone as GHO8847 and the titanium link pipe as SGHO8847*01. Added together they come to almost exactly what this combined number costs.

So the case for this part number is not price. It is that the two pieces arrive matched, in one delivery, with one lead time. On a bike that has to be ready for a specific weekend, a single order that cannot be half-delivered is worth more than a small saving.

Where the Silencer Choice Sits

Leaving the silencer out is the point of this configuration. Spark's silencer groups for the Evo 2025 range include the Force Evo group GHO8835ST and the Moto GP group GHO8837ST, and the decision between them is the noise decision.

That is worth keeping separate from the header purchase. Headers are chosen once and kept; silencers change with the series, the circuit or a crash. Buying the front of the system with the link pipe and deciding the case later is a sensible order of operations.

The Link Pipe Is Titanium Too

Some manufacturers sell a titanium header and a stainless link. Spark does not here: the connecting section in this package is titanium as well, and it is the part that runs closest to the rider's boot.

The complete Evo 2025 systems ship with a carbon heat shield for exactly that reason. If you are assembling from sections, factor a shield into the plan — the link pipe radiates, and titanium radiates readily.

Fitment & Compatibility

Honda CBR 1000 RR-R, 2024 through 2026. The header without the link pipe is GHO8847; with a titanium exhaust valve, GHO8850. The pre-silenced link pipe is SGHO8849*01. The complete system with pre-silencer and Force Evo is GHO8849T.

Road Approval

None. No EC certificate and no catalytic converter. Closed circuits only.
