On the flanks of the shell, the side vents are the parts that catch a glove or a strap when the helmet is put down carelessly. VE83010P replaces one of those lateral ventilations, supplied by Shark in black or under the code WHU.

How it goes on
Side vents clip into openings in the shell, and swapping one is a job for the kitchen table rather than a workshop. Remove the damaged vent carefully so the mounting points in the shell are not stretched, then press the new one in until it sits flush. If the old one broke off and left pieces behind, clear those first.
