DescriptionThe whole story▼

Every motorcycle has a route its hydraulic lines have to take, and every designer has to decide whether to hide it. On the Streetfighter V4 the clutch line runs down the left side of the engine where there is no bodywork to conceal it, and Ducati fits a small cover over the section that would otherwise be exposed.

Key Features

  • Cover for the clutch line run on the left of the engine, direct replacement
  • Four configurations in 200 Plain weave: clear coat, matt, satin and raw
  • Autoclave-cured laminate, small and rigid with no flex against the line
  • Original mounting points and fasteners
  • Raw carbon is the least expensive of the four, because no lacquer is applied

Small Parts, and Why They Get Bought Last

Nobody starts a carbon build here, and that is the right order. A cover this size changes nothing on its own and everything once the panels around it are already carbon, because at that point it becomes the one remaining plastic item in a run of woven surfaces.

The useful way to think about it is completion rather than improvement. It is the part that stops a well-built motorcycle from having a visible gap in its detailing, and it costs a fraction of the panels it sits between.

Fitment and Compatibility

Ducati Streetfighter V4, model years 2025 and 2026, on the original cover mounting points. It does not fit earlier Streetfighter V4 models, whose clutch line routing differs.

Road Approval

Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. It is a cover rather than a hydraulic component, but confirm the position for your own registration before road use.

Match, Do Not Choose

On a part this small the finish decision should follow the motorcycle rather than lead it. A gloss cover among matt panels is more conspicuous than a plastic one, because the eye is drawn to the shine rather than to the material.

Where the left side is already carbon, order the same finish and stop thinking about it. Where this is an early purchase, raw is a defensible choice: it is the cheapest, it carries no lacquer to chip against a boot, and it reads as a deliberate technical part rather than a decorative one.
