DescriptionThe whole story▼

The TX 125 is Husqvarna's cross-country two-stroke, built for riders who move between trail sections and faster, more open ground within the same ride rather than sticking to one style of terrain. Accossato lists the RCM1 rear axle blocks for the TX 125 built in 2017 and 2018, a pair with a built-in adjusting screw fitted at each end of the swingarm.

Key Features

  • Rear axle blocks for the Husqvarna TX 125, 2017 and 2018
  • Accossato code RCM1, fitted at each end of the swingarm
  • Built-in adjusting screw for setting chain tension
  • Available in orange, black or silver
  • Same part also listed for the Husqvarna TE 125, the Husqvarna TE 250 and the Husqvarna TE 300
  • Accossato also offers the screw-free version of this block for this bike
  • No German ABE on file; built for off-road and competition riding

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato machines the RCM1 to the TX 125's own axle diameter and swingarm slot, with the adjusting screw built into the block itself rather than fitted separately. Orange, black and silver offer a choice of look only, with the screw working the same way in any of them. A block whose screw has become stiff, or whose face carries a deep mark from an impact, is worth a close check before the next ride.

Switching Between Trail and Open Ground in One Ride

A cross-country route often moves between tight, technical trail and faster, more open stretches within a single loop, asking the TX 125 to behave like two different bikes depending on the section. That variety puts the chain and the axle blocks through a wider mix of loads than a ride confined to one type of terrain, from the low-speed strain of a technical climb to the sustained pull of a faster open section. Getting chain tension set correctly before a ride like this matters more than on a single-purpose track, since there is no stopping to readjust once the terrain changes. The RCM1's built-in screw makes it easier to get that setting right once, at the start of the ride, rather than compromising for one type of ground over the other.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato's own list gives 2017 and 2018 for the TX 125 against the RCM1, the shortest span among this bike's Husqvarna siblings on this part. The identical pair also fits the TE 125, the TE 250 and the TE 300. For the stock method of setting tension against marks on the swingarm, Accossato's RTM1 bolts into the same position. Checking the exact build year against the application list is worth doing regardless of which version is chosen.

Road Approval

No German ABE is on file for the RCM1, so Accossato lists it for off-road and competition use rather than for use on public roads.

Scope of Delivery
