DescriptionThe whole story▼
Born from the WorldSBK paddock and engineered to transform the BMW S1000RR K67, the OZ Gass RS-A front wheel carries the heritage of Italian race-wheel craft into a road-legal, track-ready package. Its five-spoke forged aluminium construction and four anodised finish options — Gloss Black, Techno Black, Techno Gold, and Titanium — give your S1000RR the visual identity and rotational performance its character demands.
Key Features
- Forged aluminium construction dramatically reduces rotating unsprung mass for sharper turn-in and faster directional changes on both road and circuit
- Five-spoke architecture balances structural rigidity with weight reduction, improving stability and handling precision at all speeds
- Four premium anodised finishes — Gloss Black, Techno Black, Techno Gold, and Titanium — each providing corrosion resistance and a lasting, race-derived aesthetic
- Developed in parallel with OZ's WorldSBK programme, bringing championship-proven engineering directly to street and track riders
- Made in Italy to OZ's exacting manufacturing standards for long-term reliability and dimensional accuracy
- Every set includes high-quality bearings, aluminium angled valves, and spacers where required — ready to fit straight from the box
Design, Finish and Heritage
OZ Racing has supplied wheels to factory WorldSBK and MotoGP teams for decades, and the Gass RS-A is the direct expression of that lineage for the road rider. The five-spoke form is not merely aesthetic — each spoke is shaped to channel load efficiently from rim to hub while eliminating unnecessary material. The anodised surface treatment is applied after machining, producing a finish that bonds with the aluminium at a molecular level rather than sitting on top of it, which means the colour is as durable as the wheel itself.
The four available finishes each carry a distinct personality. Gloss Black reads as understated and refined against the S1000RR's bodywork. Techno Black is darker and more matte in character, suited to the stealthier builds. Techno Gold references OZ's motorsport heritage and contrasts sharply with darker fairings. Titanium offers a cool, premium mid-tone that complements the bike's factory grey and white colour options particularly well.
Performance on Road and Track
Reducing rotating mass at the wheel rim has a disproportionately large effect on how a motorcycle feels compared with saving equivalent weight from a static component. The Gass RS-A's forged construction removes material that a cast OEM wheel cannot, and the result is perceptible at every corner entry: the bike responds faster to steering input, holds its line with greater fidelity under braking, and requires less rider effort to change direction. Whether you are using your S1000RR for weekend canyon runs or dedicated track days, the improvement is tangible from the first session.
Fitment and Compatibility
The OZ Gass RS-A front wheel with part number H3233BM35 is designed exclusively for the BMW S1000RR K67 produced between 2019 and 2026, fitted with the standard cast front wheel. It is not compatible with the BMW M Package variant. Always verify your specific model year and wheel specification before ordering. The included bearings, aluminium angled valves, and spacers (where applicable) ensure a precise, rattle-free installation.
