Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous.

Why the Original

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

Getting the Number Right

Part number 00426-04 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Öhlins states dimension a 6.4 mm, dimension b 18 mm, dimension c 1.6 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. An original Öhlins service part, listed under its own number in the Öhlins spare parts catalogue. Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00426-04

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 6.4 mm

Dimension B: 18 mm

Dimension C: 1.6 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00426-04_a64ea06e-d8fa-4038-b4ea-c5e51b6d0933.png?v=1788871856
