A KTM 1090 Adventure (2017-2019) converted to a Jetprime quick throttle loses its stock switchblock in the process; the JP PDQ KT032 E in Bronze, CNC-machined from Ergal, gives those controls a new home on the throttle body itself.

A Mid-Range Twin, Now Shortened
KTM positioned the 1090 between the smaller 790 and the flagship 1290, and it left the range in 2019 without a direct replacement. Riders who still use theirs hard enough to fit a quick-action throttle are doing so on a bike the factory no longer builds.
The Part the Conversion Removes
A quick throttle replaces the stock throttle assembly and, with it, the switchblock bolted to the same casting. The horn, indicators and lights that block carried need a new mount, and that mount is this unit rather than a length of tape and a prayer.
Cut From Solid, Not Cast
The body is machined from a solid billet of Ergal on a CNC centre, which keeps wall thickness consistent around the switch cavities in a way die-casting does not reliably manage. Bronze anodising goes on afterwards, sealed into the metal surface.
A Plug That Already Exists
Because the loom terminates in KTM's own connector, fitting this switch does not involve cutting into the bike's wiring at any point, and the harness stays exactly as the factory built it, connector included, which matters on a model old enough that replacement looms are no longer an easy order.
Bronze on a Travel-Worn Bike
The 1090 is more often seen with luggage and road grime than in a showroom, and a bronze-anodised switch reads as a deliberate upgrade against that backdrop rather than as something that needs to look pristine to make sense.
