Twenty-Five Measurements

You can probably name two of your measurements. A Custom Fit session takes twenty-five, plus photographs, because a number can say how long an arm is but not how it hangs.

Ninety minutes in a room near Munich: a mirror, a stool, a tape, and somebody whose job is to notice that one of your shoulders sits lower than the other. Then Italy cuts a pattern that belongs to nobody else.
