DescriptionThe whole story▼

Riders who depend on their Triumph Speed Twin 900 for the daily commute do not get to choose the weather. Rain in the morning, a cold wind in the evening, a wet road that never quite dries in November: the front brake has to cope with all of it. Accossato's AGPA112 front pad in the Sintered (ST) compound is catalogued for the Speed Twin 900 from 2019 to 2024 and is intended to give dependable grip in the wet and a steady lever whatever the temperature.

Key Features

  • Sintered (ST) front pads, Accossato AGPA112ST
  • For the Triumph Speed Twin 900, model years 2019 to 2024
  • For all-weather commuting and cold months
  • Accossato promises high grip, stable when hot or cold, and good in rain
  • Two pads per box for the single front caliper
  • Also available as OR, EV1, EV2 and ZXC

Construction and Material Quality

The ST article carries Accossato's sintered material in the AGPA112 shape. According to the company, it keeps a high and constant level of grip at both low and high temperatures and performs well on a wet disc. For a daily commuter, the value lies in predictability: the lever does the same thing in December as in June. The pad is also designed to wear slowly and to hold off fade.

The Commute That Never Stops

A motorcycle commuter builds routines: the same roads, the same junctions, the same places where the surface is slippery after rain. On the Speed Twin 900, knowing that the front brake will respond the same way each time is part of that routine. A sintered pad supports it by gripping promptly on wet discs. In winter, rinse salt from the caliper each week, check the pad material regularly and look for uneven wear that could point to a sticking piston. Replace the fluid at the recommended interval, since it absorbs moisture over time.

Fitment and Compatibility

For the Triumph Speed Twin 900, Accossato places this front pad on the model years 2019 to 2024. A single front disc means one box renews the front. The rear pad listed for this bike is the AGPA76, spanning 2016 to 2025. If you ride mostly in dry weather or on circuits, the same front pad comes in Organic, EV1, EV2 and ZXC.

Road Approval

We have not received an ABE or road certificate for this sintered pad. It is sold for track and competition riding.
