DescriptionThe whole story▼

The Kove 250 Supermoto of model year 2023 is a light, agile machine that many owners use in town, where its slim build and upright position make it ideal for city streets. Accossato's AGPP72 rear pad for this bike comes in the Organic mixture. It is designed for riders who use their Kove 250 Supermoto mainly on asphalt, for commuting and short urban trips, and who want a quiet, gentle rear brake.

  • Kind to the rear disc
  • ST and STMX also made on this plate
  • No ABE on file; for track use

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato says the Organic compound keeps performing for a long time while limiting disc wear. For a supermoto used in town, where the rear brake is used frequently and lightly, that is a practical combination. Accossato also names controlled heat against fade and a dependable braking effect.

City Supermoto

Supermotos are popular city bikes. They are light, narrow and easy to turn, and the Kove 250 Supermoto is no exception. In town, the rear brake is used constantly for slow manoeuvres, stops at lights and tight turns. An Organic pad responds softly and progressively, which makes these manoeuvres smooth and easy. It is also quiet, which is welcome in residential streets.

Riders who are new to supermotos should practise using the rear brake gently. The light rear end can lock up more easily than on a heavier bike.

Keeping It Clean

City riding exposes the rear brake to dust and grit. Clean the caliper when changing the pads and check that the disc surface is smooth and free of deep grooves. A disc that is kept in good shape also lets the Organic pad bed in evenly, so the pedal feels the same from the first week to the last.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP72 for the rear of the Kove 250 Supermoto of model year 2023, which appears in its catalogue as MX 250 Supermoto. No front pad or Accossato disc is listed for this bike in the data we have. One box covers the rear caliper.

Road Approval

There is no ABE or German approval mark for AGPP72OR in our records. We sell it for competition use.
