DescriptionThe whole story▼
On a Husqvarna 701 Enduro the rear brake is used constantly: to steady the bike in slow traffic, to hold it on a hill start and to guide it gently through a tight turn. Accossato lists the AGPP91 rear pad for the 701 Enduro from 2017 to 2024, and this article is the Organic version. It fits riders who spend most of their time on roads and easy lanes, who value a soft and predictable pedal and who want the rear disc to last as long as the pads.
Key Features
- Rear pads for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro, 2017-2024
- Also listed for the ENDURO LR 701 of 2020
- Article AGPP91OR in the Organic mixture
- Accossato claims long life and low disc wear
- Soft, easy-to-dose pedal for low speeds
- One box fills the rear caliper
- Also offered as ST and STMX
- No German ABE; sold for competition use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato presents the Organic mixture as a long-lasting face that limits wear on the disc. On the rear of a dual-sport bike, where the pedal is used lightly but very often, that is a sensible balance. The company adds its usual goals of dependable stopping power, low heat build-up so fade stays small, and restrained pad wear. The AGPP91 plate is identical for all three rear mixtures.
Low-Speed Balance
The 701 Enduro is tall, and at walking pace a touch of rear brake keeps it balanced far better than the front lever does. U-turns on a narrow road, rolling out of a car park or waiting on a slope all become easier with a pedal that responds gradually. A progressive organic face suits that style, and it tends to run quietly. Riders of the Husqvarna 701 Enduro who mainly use it on tarmac will find this the most comfortable of the three rear versions for daily use.
At fitting, clean the caliper, retract the piston carefully and press the pedal several times until it firms up.
Fitment and Compatibility
AGPP91 is Accossato's rear pad for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro, listed as FE 701 ENDURO for 2017 to 2024 and as ENDURO LR 701 for 2020. The front uses AGPA92. One box renews the rear caliper completely. For wet touring the ST version fits the same caliper, and for dirt riding there is STMX.
Road Approval
We have no ABE or approval certificate for the AGPP91OR, so we offer it for racing and competition purposes.
Scope of Delivery
