It does not mention Pinlock pins, which is the other difference to note.

Key Features

Part number VZ25020P

Smoked (code FU)

Anti-scratch and anti-fog, per Shark's designation

No Pinlock pins listed

110 g

When to replace it

A visor is due when it no longer gives a clean view. Look through it towards a light source: fine scratches that scatter light, a haze that does not wash off, or a crack at a pivot point are all reasons to replace it. A smoked visor that has lost its surface treatment in patches also shows uneven tint, which is tiring to look through.

Care

Clean it with lukewarm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft cloth, after first rinsing off grit. Keep solvents and abrasive cleaners away from it; they can damage the anti-scratch and anti-fog treatments the designation refers to. Let it dry by itself or dab it dry.

How it goes on

Open the visor fully, then release it from the side mechanisms as described in your Evo GT manual. Clean the mechanism area before fitting the new visor, engage it on both sides, and check that it opens, closes and seals evenly.

Compatibility

The Evo GT is named in the model column of Shark's price list for this visor. The other two visors in the series, VZ25012P (clear) and VZ25030P (chrome mirror), both come with Pinlock pins; VZ25020P is listed without them.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/VZ25020P-10650459603210-v2-platzhalter.png?v=1790599846
