DescriptionThe whole story▼
Engineered in Italy by Nicola Bragagnolo and the Supreme Technology team, this Oversuspension vibration damper kit brings a generation of Superbike and MotoGP development knowledge directly to your Kawasaki ZX-6R (2023–2026). The result is a chassis that feels composed, precise and genuinely alive — whether you are threading through mountain passes or chasing lap times on track.
Key Features
- Precisely tuned internal resonator with a spring-weighted mass that actively counters vibrations generated under hard acceleration, braking and over rough surfaces.
- Improved shock absorber performance: the kit reduces chassis oscillation so the rear suspension can work through its stroke more efficiently, raising traction and rear-wheel stability.
- Sharper corner entry — reduced handlebar and frame vibration translates directly into more confident turn-in and greater rider feedback.
- Reduced tyre wear and chattering, preserving rubber life and keeping the contact patch more consistent throughout a session.
- Plug-and-play fitment: no modifications, machining or specialist tools required — bolt on and ride.
- Hand-built in Italy to exacting quality standards, with materials selected and tested for long-term durability in both road and track environments.
Italian Craftsmanship Meets Motorsport Heritage
Supreme Technology was founded on decades of experience working at the sharp end of Superbike and MotoGP paddocks. Every Oversuspension unit is assembled by hand in Italy under the direct supervision of Nicola Bragagnolo, whose career spans some of the most demanding racing environments in the world. That lineage is not merely a marketing claim — it is visible in the precision of the internals, the quality of the materials and the consistency of the finish on every single kit that leaves the workshop.
The design philosophy behind the Oversuspension centres on resonance control. Inside the cylinder, a finely calibrated resonator works continuously against the unwanted harmonic frequencies that a high-revving inline-four like the ZX-6R generates at the chassis level. By absorbing and dissipating those frequencies at source, the system allows the suspension geometry and tyre contact patch to do their jobs without interference — the kind of clean, unmuddied feedback that separates a well-sorted race machine from a standard road bike.
Track-Tested, Road-Perfected
Development of the Oversuspension kit for the ZX-6R took place on racing circuits before the specification was locked for road use. This process ensures that the resonator tuning suits the specific chassis characteristics of the 2023–2026 generation ZX-6R, rather than representing a generic compromise. Riders report a noticeably calmer front end under braking, more planted mid-corner behaviour and a rear end that recovers composure over bumps rather than skipping wide. On the road, those same qualities translate into reduced fatigue on long rides and greater confidence when conditions are less than perfect.
