Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for every unit, and each position in it has its own number. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number.

Why the Original

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 00163-21. dimension a 12.1 mm, dimension b 40 mm, dimension c 35 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00163-21

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 12.1 mm

Dimension B: 40 mm

Dimension C: 35 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00163-21_5e97d1df-82d2-42a1-a195-b16a1bab2c70.png?v=1788868753
