DescriptionThe whole story▼
This is the lower fairing panel on the right side — the piece that closes the space between the radiator shroud and the engine, below the main side panel. It sits low enough to take road debris and high enough to be seen, which is an awkward combination that the original painted plastic does not handle well.
Key Features
- Right side only — the left panel is the separate order code MD-DI22-C35
- Four configurations in 200 Plain: clear coat, matt, satin and raw
- Sits in the debris path from the front wheel while remaining visible from the side
- Replaces the painted original on the standard fixing points
- Completes the lower line if the main side panel MD-DI22-C36 is also carbon
Low Enough to Be Hit
Panels in this position collect stone damage that upper bodywork never sees. On painted plastic each strike leaves a white chip that shows from several metres; on carbon under a clear coat it leaves a mark in the lacquer that can be polished, and on matt or raw it is barely findable.
That argues for matt here even on a motorcycle otherwise built in clear coat. The panel is low in the sightline, it is seen in passing rather than studied, and the finish that hides damage is worth more than the finish that shows depth.
Fitment and Compatibility
Ducati Diavel V4, 2023 to 2026, right side, on the original mounting points. Not interchangeable with the left panel — the exhaust routing on this side gives it a different lower edge.
Road Approval
No ABE and no EC type-approval is published by Fullsix. This is a replacement body panel; confirm the position for your registration before road use.
Fit It With the Side Panel
The lower panel and the main side panel above it share an edge, and the gap between them is set by whichever is fitted second. If both are going on, do them together with all the fasteners loose so that the line between them can be set once, with the motorcycle upright.
Adding the lower panel to an already-torqued upper one usually works, but it works to whatever gap the upper panel happens to leave. Half an hour of extra patience gets a line that looks drawn rather than assembled.
