A washer of the wrong thickness quietly changes preload on whatever it sits against. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them. Öhlins publishes them in the exploded view so a workshop can order the whole position at once.

Why the Original

Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Identifying the Right Part

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 06060-01 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06060-01

Category: Washers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06060-01_e4470a9e-06ea-460f-88b6-1bd9889f7551.png?v=1788877321
