This part comes from the same production as the components it goes into. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for every unit, and each position in it has its own number. Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies.

Genuine Service Part

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 00815-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. dimension a 24.5 mm, dimension b 39 mm, dimension c 9 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00815-01

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 24.5 mm

Dimension B: 39 mm

Dimension C: 9 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00815-01_daca56f6-6ddf-4a57-bdb1-ae711825a79d.png?v=1788872741
